Ben was in his first Motorcross race this past Saturday. He is the one in the white chest protector. Anyway we went up on Thursday to watch the practice run. The kids had fun seeing Ben. It was REALLY loud, and you could literally taste the exhaust and dust in the air. Ben went up with "the guys" on Saturday to race. He did pretty good for his first race, 8th overall.

Wow! Damien did one race too and did pretty good but decided he likes the desert riding better where he can do whatever he wants. Go Ben!
I told Ty all about Ben racing his dirt bike and all he could do was laugh. Although I think in his head he was a little jealous and reminiscing about old times. :)
At the moment, Ty is making a pine wood derby for the Elders Quorum vs. High Priests social. The men have spent hours researching them on line.
I guess that is why the saying is Boys will be Boys, not Men will be Men. :)
Life sure would be boring if it was the other way around though.
