Ben and I graduated from SUU in 2003. Ever since then we (like so many others) had a small student loan. We have been paying $50 a month for 5 1/2 years. This was supposed to be our last year to pay on it. Today we got some exciting news. The Utah Higher Education Assistance Authority has decided to forgive us the remainder of our loan "as a way of thanking you for taking care of your loan obligation in a diligent manner". I don't know if this is a common thing or not, but it sure made our day!!! The picture is of Ben and I on graduation day May 2003. I was Pregnant with Kaelynn and really trying not to be sick LOL!!!

Wow! That is awesome. I have been hoping to hear those very words from my mortgage company for being such a good customer. I don't think it is going to happen anytime soon.
